  Shampoo every few days with Neutrogena clarifying shampoo & deep condition with Phytojoba mask. I usually apply some kind of wrap and use a dryer to intensify the treatment. Dove dry shampoo extends my style for days.

                                    This month I was very interested in alternative and healthy skin care.

                                 Aura Cacia Restoring Rosehip Oil w/ vitamin e, mixed with Aura Cacia essential                                  oils in Clary Sage, Rose, Lavender, or Sandalwood. Just a drop or two.

To prevent dry hands I exfoliate with a mix of sugar, jojoba oil, and honey. Then I rinse and put on a rich hand cream. My current favorites are The Body Shop Wild Rose, and the Almond scent too.
