Ginnifer Goodwin wears a tad more makeup as the character Snow White than as sweet Mary Margaret the school teacher. Snow seems more youthful and active, so her face is flushed with color and she always has red or berry stained lips
Primer/base: Start with clean and moisturized skin. Apply Milk Blur Stick as a Primer in your t zone and blend it out with your fingers. I like to use Smashbox Studio Skin foundation or Revlon Colorstay.
Powder: Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder
Blush: Vapour Beauty Aura Stick in Impulse, or Stila Poppy (which is used on the set). Both are beautiful choices. You can use any pink or red color to create a flushed cheek.
Highlighter: The Balm Mary Loumanizer, or Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal or Pearl. Apply it to the top of your cheekbones, temples, bow of the lip, and directly under your bottom lip. You want just a touch of glow in these areas.
Brows: Fill in your brows with a light hand in upward motions. This gives the appearance of real hair instead of drawn on brows. Set them with any clear brow gel or Anastasia Tinted Brow Gel. Brows are very important with a look like this because they're framing your face.
Eyes for day: I use Urban Decay Primer Potion. On the lid I pat on Urban Decay Virgin or Sin powder shadows, and define the crease with Naked. Make sure everything is soft and blended. Then bring the Naked shadow down to the lower lash line and blend. Finish with two coats of mascara. I like a brown black for this look because it's softer.
Eyes for night: I prefer an icy white shadow look, like snow crystals. A little MAC Reflects Pearl or Chanel Fantasme give this effect as a topper shadow. You can lightly define your eye crease with the same shade you used for daytime. Apply black liquid liner to the top only, and your mascara or false lashes. Add a little MAC Reflects Pearl just on the center lid if you want extra sparkle.
Stained lips: Tarte Lip Surgence lip stain in Enchanted, Fiery, or Lust (depending on your shade preference) are often used on the set of the show.
Night lipsticks: NARS Rita, MAC Ruby Woo, Chanel La Fascinante, and Besame Cherry Red are all gorgeous options. There are so many fantastic red lipsticks out there. I've found that MAC Cherry Lip Pencil works with most reds.
